His story
At the suggestion of the breeder ("because of his soft character and because the obedience might be to severe for him") we started show training to put him in touch with other dogs and to teach him to walk along beautifully without pulling the line. He was doing very well. To join the other clubmembers, we entered him into a Beauty Contest, which was organized by the showtraining school. We were thunderstruck, when he became "Best Youth male" of the whole show. Through this event we were infected by the show-microbe and in spite of the lack of show air (for this job he is too soft and too little macho) he gained, because his appearance comes very closely to the Standard of the breed, successively the titles: Belgian, Luxemburg and International Beauty Champion.
